Kylie Jenner has admitted her magnificent pout is not the result of sucking on a bottle or “overlining” her lips. It’s fillers, injected into her lips by a professional licensed to do such things. *GASP*
We’d never have guessed.
The 17-year-old comes clean in an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Two short clips of the show have been released. In the first one, Jenner’s sister Khloe Kardashian outs her.
After Jenner tells Kardashian that reporters had been asking her about her lips and that she’d decided to neither confirm nor deny the charges, Khloe does it for her.
“Kylie decided to plump her lips and I don’t think there is anything wrong with that,” she says to the camera.
“I think if you’ve done something though, it is right to cop up to it. If you avoid the question you’re gonna look like a liar.”
In the next one, Kylie’s sitting on a sofa and confirms it.

“I have temporary lip fillers. It’s just an insecurity of mine and it’s just what I wanted to do,” she says.
“I’m just not ready to talk to reporters about my lips yet because everyone always picks us apart.
“People are so quick to judge me on everything, so I may have tiptoed around the truth, but I didn’t lie.”
The teenager has repeatedly denied her beestung lips are the result of plastic surgery, saying she has a very involved make-up routine involving six different shades of lipstick and a lot of lipliner to achieve her look.

Last year, she tweeted: “These plastic surgery rumors hurt my feelings to be honest and are kinda insulting,” adding, “Just in case anyone forgot… I’m 16.”
So there you have it folks, a 17-year-old girl changed her appearance because she felt insecure, and then she had to admit it on an internationally broadcast television show because her family is…challenging.

If people want to do that, I guess it is their choice and I'm cool with that.
What I do find disturbing is that a licensed professional was able to do this cosmetic (ie non essential) work on a 17 year old. I've never looked into the ethics of plastic surgery or cosmetic work, at first glance though this just seems plain wrong.

Being an asshole about the appearance of a 17 year old (who changed her appearance due to insecurities which undoubtably would have been fuelled by growing up in the eyes of the media which would be incredibly difficult) seems pretty cold. Kylie does some stupid shit and can be pretty problematic sometimes but this isn't something people should be shitting on her for. The girl didn't like something and changed it- she's happy now so maybe yall should leave her ass alone about it.
