Kim Kardashian eviscerates Donald Trump's 'Muslim ban' with one brutally simple tweet.

Kim Kardashian West has put forward a brilliant argument against Donald Trump’s entry ban on citizens from seven majority-Muslim countries in one simple tweet.

The 36-year-old reality star took to Twitter to voice her opposition to the minimum-90-day ban US President Trump imposed with an executive order on Friday.

Kardashian West posted a table with a list of how many fatalities were caused by extremist Muslim immigrants, compared to US citizens, lawn mowers and even armed toddlers, accompanied by one word: “Statistics”.

The table, which cites its academic sources, shows that just two people were killed by ‘Islamic jihadists immigrants’ annually, compared to five people by right-wing terrorists and 21 by armed toddlers.

However, the most alarming statistic on the table is that annually more than 11,000 people are shot by fellow Americans with guns, overshadowing any other fatality cause on the list.

The Republican party, which Trump represents, has remained opposed to any meaningful changes to gun laws in the US.

While her husband Kanye West publicly supports Donald Trump, Kardashian West previously threw her weight behind Hilary Clinton and recently shouted out to former president Barack Obama in a series of Instagram posts.

She’s not the only celebrity to speak out against the move. Miley Cyrus posted a colourful message of support to immigrants while Rhianna tweeted her outrage at Trump’s decision.

In 2011 President Obama banned all Iraqi refugees for six months, which is twice the review period under Trump who was using the same legislation. Obama had used this law and put a ban on selected refugees and immigrants six times in the past.

My comment is not about politics or if this is right or wrong, rather it is about the way it is reported and the knee-jerk responses which appear are all based on reporting and political affiliations.

The far-right extremists aren't interested in things like facts. It gets in the way of their Alternative Facts.

President Obama actually did the same thing several times using the same laws years ago. Is he far right as well in your eyes?

Definitely not the 'same thing' using the 'same laws.' That is false.
