Just when you thought the Trump inauguration couldn’t be get any more 2017, Kim Kardashian has weighed in.
The reality TV star has posted a series of tributes to former President Obama on her Instagram page, and she’s getting so smushy we have tears rolling down our faces.
Yep, you heard right. Kim Kardashian is getting all political on us.
Kim posted a photo of herself and Obama with the caption: “Thank you Mr. President. You will be missed!’ (We hear ya, Kim).
Followed by a shot of Obama with the reality TV star and her daughter North: “What an era! … I can’t wait to show these to my kids one day.”
The final post featured the former President and the, um, future President of 2020?
The caption read: “Oh Northie!!! North fell and was crying so Potus gave her White House M&M’s. She smiled when I opened the box but I wanted to save them for memories so wouldn’t let her eat them so she cried again????.”
Yep, that just happened.
You just know that when Kim Kardashian is weeping the loss of a politician, sh*ts about to get real.

It's not that unusual for Kim to comment on political things. She is quite vocal about Armenian issues, which is great. It is a surprise to see her support Obama when hubby seems to be a Trump supporter though, she's usually follows Kanye a bit too much. Kim has a couple more layers than most give her credit for. Though she is superficial 90% of the time there is more than meets the eye in the odd occassion.
