The 36-year-old has posted her first selfie of 2017, posing with her mum Kris Jenner on Snapchat.
But it’s Kim peculiar choice of lip accessory that has fans talking.

It's not the first time Kim has been spotted with the lip bling - she wore it to her family's annual holiday party in December - with fans yet to determine whether the piercing is real or fake.
Kim also posted a video of her using a Snapchat filter, with the lip ring on clear display.
So far, fans are praising the reality star's edgy new look.
Guess this is just one more Kardashian trend we have to "keep up with" in 2017.
