If you thought your September/October were going to be busy months, Julia Stiles has really set the standard high.
The star of 10 Things I Hate About You and also my 90s feminist hero, has confirmed she married her partner over the weekend.
Posting a picture from the day on Instagram, the 36-year-old said there was nothing better than a “shotgun” wedding.
But there’s more.
After making her no-biggie, lifelong commitment to partner, Preston J Cook, she is expecting her first child within the next month.
The two first met in 2015 on the film Go With Me, where Cook worked as a camera assistant.
It was then on Christmas Eve just a few months later they were engaged, however, weren't in any rush to be married.
Talking to PEOPLE, a representative for Stiles said their wedding was set by the beach.
“They got married Labor Day weekend with two friends on the beach in Seattle,” they said.
Congratulations to the couple (and, seriously - maybe have a break in 2018?)
