people will disagree with me I know but I think its simple: no going to childcare or school and no access to welfare payments inc family tax benefit unless vaccinated (perhaps with the exemption of kids that csnt for medical reasons). Yes, that punishes the kids themselves but having watched 4 friends' new babies in intensive care with whooping cough inc requiring resuscitation, I am less inclined to be nice about people's "rights". I think we all have the right to not have our kids get potentially fatal diseases st school.
