I think the image breached the hospital's guidelines for the depiction of children in photos etc. That the boy has no top on breaches the guidelines. The organizers should have checked for guidelines/criteria. The guidelines are there to maintain the image of a caring sharing hospital. Obviously some commentators below do not like the image so the guidelines are there for a good purpose. Personally I don't see much of interest in it but there you go!

I can only think that the pictures were intended to be a bit controversial to spark reader's attention. It is funny how magazines do tend to work on womens insecurities yet we still indulge in them. I get a bit annoyed seeing images such as the one of the toddler at the beach with the women in killer heels, as I think it just makes normal women feel terrible and I have not even had kids yet! That being said I then have to ask myself is that not the point of magazines? To promote an unattaimnable fantasy reality? I do however strongly disagree with the images involving children dressed up as adults, I guess I am jut terrifed of the line between youth and adulthood becoming too blurred.
