My uncle came out at my wedding. It was the best thing as I hate being the centre of attention. My (conservative, Christian) mum said too him "Of course I still love you honey, I love you even more". They then danced the night away.
I got married in red recently with an orchid wrist corsage that I made myself, no vail. I wasn't sure but it looked really good on the day in the garden setting. I don't have a favourite memory, the whole evening (we got married at 5pm) went by in a flash but it was fabulous and we all had so much fun.
