It’s happened again.

Another pair of our Gogglebox favourites have announced they’re leaving the reality show.

Yep, after five years and 10 seasons on the show, Adam Densten and Symon Lovett have announced they’re calling it quits.

Posting to Instagram, Symon shared the news that the pair wouldn’t be returning for season 11.

“After five years we wanted to thank everyone that watched the show, helped make the show and was on the show,” Symon wrote.

“We were asked to be on Gogglebox five years ago, sitting at a pub,” he added.

“We thought we might get some free beers out of it, on that front we’ve well and truly filled our boots.

“We’re pumped for the future and if you’ve got a job, I know a couple of guys.”

Adam also shared a post to Instagram, writing: “The last five years of fun started when we were found at a pub and only said yes to the being on the show because we wanted to go to the Logies”.

“Thank you to the cast, the crew and of course everyone who has watched the show and allowed two idiots have more fun than they could dream of.

“We’re planning on still being around on your TV and radio a bit longer though, so if anyone has a job for us, we’ve got a lot of time on our hands!”

As Adam and Symon’s time onGoggleboxcomes to an end, we decided to take a look back at their very best moments.

Here’s what we discovered:

When Symon accidentally broke the footstool.

When fan favourite Elly was sent home on Matt Agnew’s season ofThe Bachelor,the goggleboxers were left in disbelief.

Symon and Adam, however, had the… strongest reaction.

While watching the heartbreaking rose ceremony unfold onGoggleboxearlier this year, Symon leapt off the couch in shock, breaking Adam’s footstool in the process.

"F*ck that!" Symon yelled.

"You just broke my footstool," Adam responded.

It was... intense.

The interesting home decor.

Okay, we need to take a moment to talk about Adam and Symon's living room situation.

From a dying pot plant to their side table which is actually a fridge, the pair have someinterestinghome decor, to say the least.

But never fear, in the last episode of season 10, the pair introduced a brand new pot plant.

When Adam really likedMAFS.

Adam was an unlikely but very vocalMarried At First Sightfan.

In one episode earlier this year, contestant Elizabeth returned to the show, announcing: "I'm baaack".

Adam, the ever-loyalMAFSfan, responded: "She says she's back like people care. You're from the old cheating storyline."

So. True.

In another episode, however, Adam proved that he doesn't know as much as we thought about the reality show.

"EARTHQUAKE CYRELL,"he declared when Cyrell erupted on a rampage andno.

The colourful socks.

Adam and Symon's crazy socks were pretty hard to miss.

Across the show's 10 seasons, the pair have really stepped up their game.

From cheese slices to sausage dogs, the pair have built an enviable collection – and we'll certainly miss seeing them.

When Adam claims all redheads.

As a redhead himself, Adam had a habit of pointing out every single redhead he saw on screen.

While watchingNicole Kidman inBig Little Lies,Adam pointed out Kidman's hair.

"One of the good redheads going around," Adam said.

"Every time there's a redhead on TV, you claim them," Symon responded.

Their... weird thoughts on sleeping naked.

In one episode ofGogglebox,Adam and Symon shared their weird thoughts on sleeping naked.

"Sleeping naked... I get so cold," Symon said.

"Just sleep in a long sleeve shirt in summer," Adam responded.

"No pants? You sleep like a hot girl in the movies," Symon replied.

Their freestyling.
