I really think Victoria needs to make more of an effort. I know it’s LA, where the dress code is famously casual but with this shabby ensemble she’s just taking things too far.

Posh I can handle, no matter what she wears. As a rule. The lady next to her - not so much. Woman, go buy (and wear) a bra! you are scaring the children.
