Very sensible advice Mia, sounds like Mama Mia is a fair employer, the most obvious solution would be to treat staff properly in the first place, if an employer has a lot of disgruntled ex employees, they probably need to take a good look at the whole business, including management.
I've worked a shitload of jobs covering almost every spectrum except high fashion model and Formula 1 driver. Not once have I had to sign some sort of intellectual property or confidentiality agreement just to be employed.
As a basic nine to five PAYE worker, this sounds so bizarre.
