If women are really getting paid that much less then men for the same work then why arn't all the employers hiring women to save money and increase buisiness profits???
if you look at the statistics properly you will find that women more often than not actually out earn men when you account for:
1 hours worked ( men more often then not working more)
2 risks at work (danger money)
3 choices with in industry (Cardio surgeon as opposed to a phsyciatrist).
4 fields of work (women will always earn more in jobs where touching or physical contact are part of the job)
4 and others I won't go into..

The result being men earning more overall but women have better and more fulfilling lives. If you want to teach your daughters to earn more money tell it will come at the cost of their happiness.
Don't post your opinions when all your doing is "blowing smoke up everyones ass".
Someone ought to remind men that without women, they would not be!!
