Last week was the week of no pants. And this week? It’s all about frocks. And one VERY interesting frock in particular.
Rita Ora turned up to a New York Fashion Week event in an upside-down-snow-cone-meets-tutu-meets-mullet dress.

It reminded us a lot of Gwen Stefani circa 1994 – especially with the twisted buns, but Rita wasn’t the only one donning a quirky dress this week.
