are reporting exclusively that Australia’s most well-known working supermodel Miranda Kerr, 30, has split up from her movie star husband Orlando Bloom, 36.
The couple have been married for three years and have a son, Flynn, 2.
A representative for Orlando Bloom is said to have confirmed the break up, saying: “In a joint statement, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months,” the rep said in a statement. “After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation.”
Orlando and Kerr first hooked up back before Kevin Rudd was Prime Minister even the FIRST time around. They were married in the winter of 2010. Kerr gave birth to the couple’s only child Flynn in January 2011. The pair have not been seen in public together this month.

It's hard for any marriage after you've just had kids. It's a massive adjustment and trying to get your head around bringing up kids can take it's toll but, if they were to just realise that this adjustment period is so very normal for families I think their marriage could've survived. It's sad news but they have reached their decision to go separate ways so onwards and upwards. Best of luck to them!
Am I that surprised?...not really. Miranda as beautiful as she is, seems highly self absorbed or is that just a prerequisite to being a model? Glad I didn't take her 18th century advice a few months back about how women should be basically be submissive to their husbands.....clearly her theory didn't work for her. Perhaps now she will spend more time nuturing and taking care of her son than twittering every 5 minutes or getting her can can's out? Celebrities, celebrities, celebrities.........
