Us journalist folk often get previews of fashion and homewares collections before they hit the stores, and I was so impressed by the quality and price points at this one, so I thought you might like to know.

The sneak peek was of the upcoming homewares winter collection from mass retailer Big W. It included bedding and bedroom accessories, living room pieces, kitchen and dining ware and even bathroom and outdoors.

Hitting stores officially in the next week, the range was mostly themed around a neutral colour palette – think textured greys, soft pinks, creams, beige and blush pink.
