Oh Jarrod… sweet, sweet Jarrod.

The 31-year-old wine maker and grape grower Jarrod Woodgate was the runner-up in Sophie Monk’s season ofThe Bacheloretteand had his heart broken into many tiny pieces when his leading lady picked Stu Laundy instead.

And we all know how that turned out.

Immediately after his exit from the show Jarrod toldMamamia that he “will always love Sophie,” and that “if she ever needed a friend or wanted to chat or catch up, then [he’d] be there for her.”

But “being there” doesn’t mean he’s not out on the prowl again; Jarrod has thrown his hat back intoThe Bachelorfranchise ring forBachelor In Paradise.

And for that we are both excited and grateful.

Since last October, the ‘stage five clinger’ (sorry Jarrod) has also been linked to fellowBachelor in Paradisecontestant Keira Maguire, on a beach smooching no less.
