Bah, photoshop fail. Where us the child the legs/feet belong to? Also legs to the left( our perspective of the man) with no person above them. Immature and ill done.
The foot belongs to the girl sitting on the wall behind him, obviously. Why would you photoshop a foot in to look like his junk?
