Because surely that could be the only explanation for this ‘Operation Sovereign Borders’ poster that’s just been shared via the Australian Government’s Customs and Border Protection Site:
But no. No, it’s not. This is official Australian Government advertising, aimed at vulnerable asylum seekers who are desperately searching and hoping for a better life. And yep, it’s advertising that’s being funded by your taxpayer dollars.
Devastatingly sad words from a country that still sings: “For those who’ve come across the seas, we’ve boundless plains to share.”

i think you'll find that most illegals arrive by plane and over stay their visas , many of them from English speaking countries
It is yet another example of Tony Abbott beating his chest to make the impression that he is tough, .......Hmmmmmmmm..................... not impressed?? neither am I .... a waste of taxpayers money, I do recall him making promises that there would be "no wasting of taxpayers money" "the adults are in charge" like everything else that he uttered pre 2013 election.... all b/s !!!
Your comment has no basis of reality! An elected government does what they were elected by the masses to do. They are not there to pander to the extreme left and their fantasy view of the world. Having the same 8 or 9 " like minded people" on MM agree with you does not mean your hatetred of Australia's government has any merit.
