Sydney has been sweltering this week, but that hasn’t stopped some of the biggest stars of our local movie and television industry from pulling on their sleeved gowns, pantsuits and tuxes for the annual AACTA Awards.
This year marks the sixth ceremony for The Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts, and the red carpet certainly hasn’t disappointed.

Alex's plunging red number is giving us major J-Lo-in-green-Versace-circa-2000 vibes — and giving the red carpet a run for its money. Richie looks pretty dapper too in his black-on-black combo. Nice couple dressing from The Bachelor alums.

Sheer, pale pink with a shimmery floral motif: this dress is here to remind us all that summer is officially here.
