I’ve heard about this and a doctor told me the vaseline actually soaks in and the jelly stores under the eye over time. A lady had to have it removed. It’s an old wives tale.
I used pure aloe vera on my face when it’s puffy and it’s great!

This is pretty funny. I wonder how much of this is her publicist and PA going “oh s**t, Vogue wanted a quote on beauty products… what should we tell them this time?”

I once read a “quote” from Elle MacPherson claiming she carried a 2 L bottle of water when she jogged and would periodically take mouthfuls, swish them around and spit them out to get rid of toxins. I just died laughing imagining all the people over the next few months who would be jogging around Hyde park with dribbles down their t shirts and looking like they’ve had a big night and can’t keep their water down.

Now everyone will be soaking their pillowcases in napisan trying to get the vaseline out.

I reckon! Did they really say she uses “just a quarter of a teaspoon on each eye”? That’s still an eff load of vaseline! At that volume most of that would travel up into her eye. That’s gotta be comfortable.

Do people actually believe this rubbish?

Why is it rubbish? A lot of people use Vasaline and other ‘chemist’ products to cleanse and moisturise.

Or are you saying you don’t believe Jennifer Aniston uses those products?

Hey i have no problem with ‘chemist’ prodz as you put it. I do however have trouble believing someone as wealthy as J.A would use ‘em. that’s all!

The real secret to Jennifer Aniston‘s youthful looks probably has more to do with her genetics & greek ancestry than the chemicals she puts on her skin.

And also a generous serving of botox. Let’s not kid ourselves that her looks are entirely fresh air, genetics, drinking 1.5L of water, vaseline and rest : /

She’s not wrong about the ice. I make up green tea and then pop it in ice cube trays. Whenever my face is puffy I pull one of the ice cubes out and rub it on my face. Works a treat.
