I really think Victoria needs to make more of an effort. I know it’s LA, where the dress code is famously casual but with this shabby ensemble she’s just taking things too far.

Posh I can handle, no matter what she wears. As a rule. The lady next to her - not so much. Woman, go buy (and wear) a bra! you are scaring the children.
Love Love Love her - anyone who watched her hour long show about moving to the states realises she is totally tongue in cheek most of the time, she has a great sense of humour, does not take her self too seriously at all ... she's MAJOR!!
