No one’s totally sure where the video comes from (or if it’s, god forbid, real) but HuffPo traces it to WorldStarHipHop.com, wherein the video is accompanied by the following explanation:
“This is the dangers of butt implants.. Ladies do not ever do silicone butt injections they are toxic to your body. Butt implants are not any better, too many risk, infection, displacement of the implant and they feel like rocks not to mention look very unnatural.

Butt implants don’t help.
They dont help when you look in the mirror and realise you are so ugly it makes you sick.
They don’t help when you hate yourself for every single flaw.
They don’t help when you insist on picking up your husband from work two blocks down from where he got dropped off, because you are so god damn fucken ugly you know it would embarass him to be seen with you.
They don’t help when your own Mother In Law tells you how ugly you are, and how she never wanted you to get with her son, and wishes you didn’t, even if that means missing out on a grand daughter.
They don’t help when you hate yourself so much you wish you could just crawl into a ball and forget you exist.
