So it seems that winter has really kicked in. We hear reliable reports from the Bureau of Meteorology and even more reliable reports from Mamamia readers who live in the nation’s capital that it even SNOWED in Canberra this week.

We all felt it and judging by your wardrobe week pictures – so did you.

This Wardrobe Week was all about keeping cosy and we love how clever you all were with layering (gold stars for the whole class). You all looked fabulous AND warm – without appearing as if you were bound for the Swiss Alps. Bravo.

Here’s what you wore this week:

Lifestyle blogger, Kacie from www.ladybear.me layers a Catalog top over a Kookai maxi dress.

The scarves were out, boots were on and some of you decided track pants were the way to work it this winter. And with temperatures dropping below zero, why the hell wouldn’t you?

It’s been a few weeks since we started Wardrobe Week, so we hope you’re getting the gist. This page is achievable style inspiration – it’s how you can wear your clothes on your budget. Fashion for real life. And we’re loving your photos. So don’t slow down now – keep ‘em coming.

If you can’t get enough of fashion pics and need to up your daily dose then you can follow us on Instagram: @mamamiaaus. To get in on the Insta-wardrobe action – post your outfit to Instagram with #mmwardrobeweek with details of where you bought your get-up.

Now, tell us, what’s a favourite in your wardrobe at the moment?

We love all the pics being sent through but we are greedy and we want MORE. Remember this post starts with YOU, so get snapping!

Send one, two… or even ten photos of your favourite outfits of the week with details of where you bought it to jasmine@mamamia.com.au and be featured in next week’s gallery.

First day of Spring and it’s a balmy -5 degrees, but it’s expected to warm up to about 12 degrees… Yayyyyy !

I’m forgoing the T-shirt, shorts and thongs for a cream skivvy, thermal underwear, a cream wool poloneck, maroon V-neck sweater and denim jeans.

Agree with comment below…maybe the theme of the story would have been…”Spring is on it’s way”!!! Great outfits but hardly a winter one among them!

You must have the heating turned up too much at the MM office if you think this is winter fashion! Fur vest with open toe shoes? Sleeveless dress and bare legs? You should live where I do – it’s currently 3 degrees with a wind chill of -4.5. I went out today in cord jeans, long socks, boots, long-sleeved spencer (leopard-print!) long sleeved hooded jumper, coat with a fur trimmed hood (that I had to wear up because the wind was freezing) and a woollen scarf wrapped several times around my neck to cover any gaps. THAT’s winter dressing!

Um, not really sure that the article and gallery go together! Most of the girls are wearing short sleeved tops and skirts, aswell as dresses – yet the article is about winter clothing. Still, like the clothes and all the girls look fab!

I can’t see the pics on iPad. I click launch gallery and just go to a blank screen. Is there a trick to it I don’t know?

I am on an iPad and can see the gallery just fine.

Not sure what the difference is but I am not taken to another page to see it.
