On Friday, The Bachelor couple Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich were married in a stunning ceremony at Masseria Potenti hotel in Puglia, southern Italy – and a certain Osher Gunsberg must be beaming with pride.
The couple, who met five years ago on the reality show, were notoriously private about their wedding day, but shared the very first photos of the ceremony on Saturday night.
Heinrich wore a Steven Khalil gown with a beaded plunging neckline, which was mirrored on the back and a small train.
Speaking to News Corp on Friday, Khalil said the dress retails for “around $15,000”.
“It’s a fully hand-beaded gown with floral embellishments and there’s a detachable skirt with a slimline dress underneath. She could take that off at the reception,” he said.
“Anna fell in love with the gown and we modified it a bit for her. She was great to work with and the process was quite seamless and simple.”
Both Robards and Heinrich captioned the photos they shared with the words ‘Mrs Robards,’ confirming that the criminal lawyer will take her husband’s last name.
The bride was walked down the aisle by her father, Les Heinrich, and her older sister, Andrea Heinrich, was her bridesmaid. All four bridesmaids wore simple and elegant white slip dresses.
Robards proposed to Heinrich last May, after four years of dating. They were on holiday in the Northern Territory, and Robards captured it all on his drone.
“My heart’s thumping,” Robards told Stellar magazine. “And I’m trying not to crash my drone and I’m also about to propose. And I say, ‘You know what would be good right now? A bloody cold beer.’
“And then I say, ‘What would make it better for you?’ And she goes, ‘I don’t know, a cold washer?’ So I say … ‘What if I professed my love for you and said every moment in the last whatever years has been amazing?’
“I was already on my knees. I reached in my pocket, and I had a little box, and she just started bawling.”
The couple have been in Italy for the past week, posting envy-inducing photos of southern Italy.
And now, they've had a Bachelor-quality wedding, indeed.
