Because if you were one of those lucky squids who scored tickets to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, chances are you're already planning your outfit choice and how to perfectly channel your favourite album — or 'era'.

For the uninitiated (welcome), Taylor's 'eras' refer to her 10 studio albums: Taylor Swift (her self-titled debut), Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights.

Obviously each 'era' reflects Taylor's most iconic looks over the years — and if you're a Swiftie you can spot them from a mile away. High-waisted shorts and heart-shaped sunnies? It's giving Red.

Just before we get into it though, no matter what era you choose there's one thing you'll need for each — a good setting product. Because, sweat. Excitement. (Possible) tears of joy.

See: Cowboy boots, denim shorts or a floral dress. You know, the OG Taylor Swift vibe that hit the stage with her guitar and curls. While her makeup looks from this era were mostly pared-back, her embellished, bluey-green eyes in the music video for "Teardrops on My Guitar" are iconic. And the look has been popping up everywhere on TikTok:

If you're looking to replicate a certain makeup look, we love TikToker @roselynnlouise's version of this era. It's so pretty! Following Roselynn's lead, if you want to make a statement, add a touch of glitter to the inner corners or play with stick-on jewels for a bold and graphic look.

Taking inspiration from the album's black-and-white cover, we'd lean into a soft smokey look to match this era. Opt for an eyeshadow palette with a mix of matte and shimmery dark and light greys — like Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Rock Chick, $55 or Rimmel Magnifeyes Eyeshadow Palette Smoke, $13.

Take the darkest grey shadow and blend it along your crease and lash line, smoking the shadow out. Next, blend a shimmery, silver shade into the lid — and voila! Ethereal, soft and glowing, we think a 'clean girl' makeup look pairs beautifully with this album's vibe.
