It’s the second dinner party of the season and we are so pumped up with second-hand anxiety, we need a wet towelette.
As it turns out when you put nine couples in a room fuelled only by wine and entrees, people get… testy.
MAFS Experts: UNCUT | Episode One. Post continues below.
Hayley pulls a John Aiken and decides to play therapist – which is what approximately no one wants – while Michael is on a one-man mission to stir up the drama, and we’re calling it… he’s the producer’s favourite.
Thanks to his immense sh*t-stirring, he and Steve get into a verbal argy-bargy, the likes of which bring the entire dinner table to a halt. Everyone is surprised, except for Stacey, who is living for the drama.
Meanwhile, Steve is confused as to why his wife isn’t being “supportive” of him, despite telling her to “stop talking” about 37492 times.

Ruining other people's relationships makes us hungry too. Image: Channel 9.
But stop, because Michael sees another vulnerable couple he can combust. By the end of the episode, Natasha and Mikey are also on the outs and it's 100 per cent because Michael told everyone they had sex for 10 seconds.
In all honesty, the man deserves a production credit.
Here's how Australia reacted.
Michael: "I hate couples that go in there and imply it's all lollipops and rainbows"....firstly, what are you five? and secondly I'd think this lot are more daggers and septic tanks than lollipops and rainbows #MAFS #MAFSAU

Don't get me wrong, this Michael guy is a massive dickhead, but I have to respect his dedication to creating excellent trashy reality TV drama. #mafs
