The Young Mummy has bared all in the most beautiful celebration of her pregnancy.

Sophie Cachia of The Young Mummy fame has bared all for her Instagram followers in a gorgeous celebration of her pregnancy.

Writing to her 135,000 followers, Cachia marked the halfway milestone of her pregnancy by “embracing” her body and the experience in a very public and beautifully untouched way.

“And just like that (and thanks to a changed due date), we’ve hit the half way mark,” Cachia wrote.

“Embracing it all second time around. Love your body, you’re creating miracles! So thankful & so blessed.”

Cachia has found fame and a fiercely loyal following for reasons emulated in her most recent post, with many finding strength and solace in her honesty and transparency in all things parenting.

The mum-of-one has been enveloped in conversations about pregnancy since she announced the impending arrival of her second child on Mamamia in June this year.

In announcing the pregnancy at the 9-week mark and bidding a firm farewell to the 12-week pregnancy rule, many followers expressed fear on behalf of the blogger for announcing it early lest something go wrong.

Talking to Monty Dimond from Show and Tell, Cachia outlined why she felt it was so important to announce the pregnancy early and why she rejected the idea it was a “silly” and careless move.

“Why are you silly, you’re not silly if you’ve had a miscarriage. Why should you be made to feel silly? Why should you be made to feel embarrassed if that happens to you?

“I looked at it from the most realistic approach that I could and that was that I would share having a miscarriage on my Young Mummy blog anyway.

“I’ve always been so honest with things like that.”

Ultimately, she felt that hiding a miscarriage or pregnancy would “contradict everything [she’s] ever done” on the blog.

“I don’t like to be made to feel like it’s a really no-go-zone. I just wanted to break that taboo a little bit.”
