A few weeks ago The Today Show had a great discussion topic about daggy songs that you secretly love and don’t like to admit to, which was hilarious. I felt like a laugh today so here we go. Time to reach back into your mental archives for your favourite daggy songs.

Mia: “I have two. Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice (Stop. Collaborate and listen). Also, Hello by Lionel Ritchie. Is it me you’re looking for? I reserve my right to come back and add more as I think of them (or agree with yours when you think of them.”

Lana, Site Manager: “I could go on for days but if I have to pick one it’s I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor – I defy you to find me a woman that does not break into song when this comes on.  Mind you I was very tempted to submit Boney M, the Village People and Abba – don’t know if it says more about my age than my taste.”

Nicky, Site Co-Ordinator: “So many to choose from, I’m kind of scared to admit out loud that I secretly love Rock Your Body by Justin Timberlake, but Time After Time is the one daggy song that I’ll always turn up and sing along to.”
