You hope your wedding day is memorable, but probably not in this way: an entire bridal party in the US were left saturated after the dock they were standing on collapsed in Shelbyville, Michigan on the weekend.

All 12 members were posing for a group photograph when the wooden structure gave way underneath them.

The groom, Mr McKee didn't help his drenched bride out of the water, instead leaving a bridesmaid to do the job. "Everyone was laughing. It was one of those things that just happens and you roll with it," Mr McKee said. "Your wedding party falls into a lake at your reception. You can't plan that."
