When most of the world knows you as the sex crazed, leather whip-wielding Christian Grey, it must get tiresome having everyone sexualise your every move.

Even an activity like a game of golf can be twisted into something far naughtier than it is.

Fifty Shades of Greyactor, Jamie Dornan knows this all to well, with the internet descending into a pack of pervs over a simple snap at a golf tournament in Northern Ireland last week.

The 35-year-old father-of-two – best known for his roles inFifty Shades of GreyandThe Fall –posed for a picture in front of the tournament’s picturesque landscape for the Northern Ireland tourism social accounts.

Which was innocent enough until Twitter came along and proved something we knew all along: that the people of the internet have their minds in the gutter. Twitter users were quick to point out the distinctive ‘bulge’ to the left side of the Irish actor and model’s trousers.

The appendage-like silhouette caught the attention of many eagle-eyed fans who admitted they were struggling to appreciate the Irish coastline’s rugged beauty.

Luckily the internet is also home to sane-minded (well, sort of) people too, who were quick to point out the man clearly has a golf ball in his pocket. Because he’s playing golf. And golf requires… balls.
