Married at First Sight's Tracey had the perfect response for the ex who called her a drama queen.

Before she was on Married at First Sight Tracey Jewel was reportedly involved in various high-profile relationships – one with former diplomat Patrick Kedemos, as well as one with Australia’s first Bachelor Blake Garvey.

However one ex-partner who refused to let bygones be bygones was online sex-shop magnate, adultshop.com founder Malcolm Day, who Tracey dated from 2012 to 2014.

Speaking to Perth Now Malcolm originally said that Tracey was ‘perfect for the show’. Unfortunately he meant it in a very back-handed way.

“She’s actually perfect for this show because she’s just a drama queen,” he said.

“I’m sure the producers and directors encourage the participants to do things or say things they wouldn’t otherwise say or do to create extra drama. But in Tracey’s case she doesn’t need any extra encouragement.”

Now that’s not very nice is it?

However, responding to his remarks, Tracey was errr… very diplomatic, however not before she set the record straight.

According to Tracey their breakup wasn’t exactly amicable.

“You don’t choose to be with someone and my daughter for two years and then when things turn to crap literally go to the media about your break-up on the Monday morning, when you’re moving out that weekend,” she told Confidential in Perth this week.

“That’s not cool man.”

Not very cool indeed, Malcolm.

Catch up on the latest in Married at First Sight goodness. The twins talks Troy weird belly rub thing, and Dean and Tracey wearing matching shoes on a boat. Post continues after audio.

“I have had some public relationships that haven’t gone to plan and the reasons why those break-ups have happened, I’ve chosen not to print those stories or comment on that, because that’s private.

“I’d hoped that they’d have the same respect for me,” she concluded.

Could our mate Trace also be hinting that Dean is set to spill the beans on their romance?

Guess we’ll just have to keep on watching to find out.
