ABC’s Insiders have had some fun at the expense of Tony Abbott (and Indiana Jones), cutting the former PM’s most famous lines into scenes from all three of the Indiana Jones films (yes, we know there are four, but the less said about The Crystal Skull, the better).

Abbott is the original rough and ready hero who plays by his own rules.

He was aided in his adventures by a brave fellow adventurer…

And some friends who helped him on his way (and then turned out to be false, or you know, *Nazis*).

Of course, in the end, he chose… poorly.
