Every year there is a contest to crown the World’s Ugliest Dog. I would not enter my dog because my dog is incredibly cute and he can smile. Enough said. But some people are happy – even proud – to admit their dog is as ugly as a hat full of bottoms. Here are those people and their ugly dogs…..
