In case you missed it — you definitely didn't — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married over the July 4 long weekend.
While we're still waiting for the Taylor Swift wedding dress photos to drop, this fashion editor has been snacking on the fashion crumbs the couple's celebrity guests have been sharing. And I need to take a moment of your time to discuss them in excruciating detail.
From the Taylor wedding dress designer details we know for sure, to what her famous friends wore for the occasion, let's unpack the good, the bad and the obscenely bedazzled fashion moments from what we're calling America's Royal Wedding.
Watch: We break down Taylor's wedding dress details in this video below.
Taylor Swift wedding dress: What did she wear?
All we know at the time of publishing is what was confirmed by Taylor's team in a statement to People.
A rep for the couple confirmed the bride and groom both said their vows wearing Christian Dior Haute Couture looks designed by Jonathan Anderson, and custom Christian Louboutin shoes. Taylor also wore Cartier jewellery.
The fact these two cheese balls went with His and Hers wedding outfits is completely on brand.
As for Taylor Swift wedding dress Easter eggs, the main indication the bride was going to wear Dior came in the form of… handbags.

Taylor froths a Dior handbag, but back in April, she paired Anderson's yellow limited-edition mini Lady Dior bag with a 'something blue' STAUD dress for a night out.... Bridal Easter egg or a chic coincidence? I'll let you decide.
The best fashion from Taylor Swift's wedding.
Everyone's tastes will be different, but below are my favourite wedding guest looks from Taylor and Travis' star-studded Madison Square Garden wedding.
Given the singer and NFL player reportedly invited well over 1,000 guests, many of whom are celebrities with access to haute couture gowns and millions of dollars worth of jewels, it was tough to narrow it down. But I did.
Sydney Silverman, in the best look of the night.

Let's start with someone you've never heard of: brand consultant and lifestyle influencer, Sydney Silverman.
There was no shortage of gold gowns in this love story. We had model and original girl squad member Karlie Kloss in a strapless Tove silk dress, a bedazzled number from Selena Gomez… more on her later, singer Tate McRae in a school formal-esque Valentino gown, and a sexy yet ill-fitting black and gold sequin halter gown from actress Jessica Alba (she'd look hot in a garbage bag, though).

But of all the golden dresses, Sydney's is the one that took my breath away. I nearly died of national pride when I found out it's a Rachel Gilbert design!
The Hugo Gown from the Australian designer's Pre-Fall '26 collection retails for a low-key $2,995, but the 3D laser-cut sequin and mirrored floral appliqué detailing is insane. I feel Taylor would wear this in the sky blue in a heartbeat.

Camilla Cabello, wearing an iconic Australian designer.
While I wouldn't have styled this stunning red lace off-the-shoulder dress with what looks like the cross choker I wore in year 9, Camilla Cabello's wedding guest look makes the list because it's another Australian designer moment.

The singer wore the Luna Lace Billow Gown from Zimmermann's spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection.
There's a lot going on — flowy maxi length, thigh split, plunging neckline, braided trims — but if you're keen, it's currently on sale for $1,770 (down from $2,950).
Everything Selena Gomez wore.
If anyone was missing their phone at Madison Square Garden, it was content queen, singer and beauty entrepreneur Selena Gomez.
God bless Selena's glam team for sharing photos of both her rehearsal dinner and wedding looks to keep us fed while we waited for the wedding guest social posting ban to lift.

For the rehearsal dinner, Selena wore a black strapless Oscar de la Renta gown, with Jimmy Choo heels and jewellery from Grown Brilliance and Fernando Jorge.
The stunning 18k white gold diamond Fernando Jorge Flicker drop earrings cost a chill $29K, in case you were wondering.

And just as Taylor chose Oscar de la Renta for Selena's September 2025 wedding to music producer Benny Blanco, Selena went with a nude-y, champagne column gown from the same fashion house.
From the rounded neckline, cinched waist column silhouette, and geometric glass bead and crystal details, down to the hem's chain fringing and gold satin pointed heels, the entire look was old Hollywood glamour perfection.

The wedding guest dress double-up.
If anyone was going to be embroiled in a 'who wore it better' drama, it would be a couple of Normies.
Taylor's long-time high school best friend Abigail Anderson was photographed en route to the festivities looking happy as Larry in a $1,400 Sau Lee strapless bustier silk draped gown.
Content creator and NFL WAG Laura Kruk later uploaded a cute couple photo of her wearing the same dress to her Instagram story.

At a regular person's wedding, this could've been a fashion emergency. At the world's largest gathering of celebrities with 1,000+ guests? No biggie.
Lena Dunham's rehearsal dinner set.

While Lena Dunham's custom Christian Cowan silk shirt and black skirt look for Taylor's wedding was nice, what I'm really frothing is her rehearsal dinner fit.
No one can tell me she doesn't look incredible in this matching lime green silk and wool jacket and skirt set.

It's a custom suit from Amber Doyle, who shared the design details on her Instagram.
I'm obsessed with this entire outfit, from the vibrant colour and fabric choice, to the retro cut and cutesy bow details.
If the skirt came in a midi length, I'd wear it tomorrow.
Just gorgeous women being… gorgeous.
I'm grouping model Gigi Hadid, and singers Gracie Abrams and Jennifer Lopez together because, did we really expect them to look anything other than flawless?
I do want to draw your attention to a few fun details:

While Gracie only shared snippets of her beaded backless, side boob-showing wedding guest outfit in an Instagram dump, I tracked the dress down.
Turns out, it's actually a red to pink ombré slip gown from Matthieu Blazy's Chanel Métiers d'Art collection show in December, 2025.
Better yet, we don't even need a photo of Gracie to see the 360-degree, full-length fashion details, because fellow friend of Chanel, Margaret Qualley, wore the dress to a movie premiere back in February.

JLo gets an honourable mention, because I'd like to petition the dictionary to update its entry for 'black tie' with these images of her.
The black Bach Mai gown feels classic, retro and cool at the same time. We've got a scoop-neck velvet bodice, drop-waist silhouette and vinyl balloon skirt with an asymmetrical side mullet hemline.

The statement necklace and chic hair and makeup choices keep it classy, though the open-toe platform heels and black clutch are giving prom.
Let's close out this trio with Gigi's Barbie pink bedazzled Wiederhoeft gown and matching pink diamond pendant necklace.

I'm yet to see a full-length shot of the outfit on Gigi, but runway images show the dress has the brand's signature corseted waist, draped bustier and column skirt design details. The bombshell hair takes it to the next level for me!
It's not surprising, but if I was getting married and one of my best friends was a supermodel, I'd expect her to be looking this good.
Gigi Hadid's date did good, too.

Not much to say here, other than if a man in your life asks what to wear to a semi-formal or black-tie wedding, show them this photo of Bradley Cooper.
Ugh.
Is Joey King the evening's dark horse?

I think so.
I keep needing to remind myself that, like her former co-star Jacob Elordi, the Joey King of today is worlds away from her cringe The Kissing Booth days. The woman is a Mui Mui ambassador, for God's sake.
She's hardly had a red carpet falter since her viral Glambot fail (trust me, Google it). Case in point: this Leo Lin black halterneck gown.

I love how she styled the $1,199 Ava Halterneck Appliqué Floral Bustier Maxi Dress with an updo and Y2K slut strands. I also love how the halter strap is detachable.
Two dresses for the price of one (or 10, but still).
Ed Sheeran…

Last and most definitely least, we have His and Hers neon paisley feat. the 'wrong shoe' theory… except the wrong shoes don't make anything about this right.
Is Ed Sheeran's suit some sort of inside joke? Maybe. Yes. Is it still an immediate jail? Absolutely.
