Somehow, we don’t think she’s worried.
A former radio host who was fired for touching Taylor Swift ‘s bottom is suing her.
David Mueller was dismissed from his position at KYGO in Denver, Colorado two days after being accused by one of Swift’s bodyguards of grabbing her bum backstage at the Pepsi Center in 2013.
He says that’s not what happened.

According to Mueller, he and his girlfriend were posing for pictures with the pop star backstage before her Denver show. Then Swift took to the stage and they joined the audience.
The fact that some dickhead inappropriately touched Swift’s buttocks isn’t in question.
Mueller’s lawsuit alleges that it was, in fact, his boss Eddie Haskell who fondled Swift, and that he has been falsely accused by Swift’s security team.

He says he ran into Haskell later in the evening, and that he was bragging about having felt Swift up.
According to the complaint obtained by Gawker :
That’s a strange and very specific thing to say.

After that, Mueller was booted out of the concert and he was fired from his job two days later.
Whichever way it went down, Swift’s team says she had nothing to do with Mueller’s current employment status.
According to the AP, KYGO radio was presented with evidence after the butt-touch and made its own decision to let Mueller go.
