Sursok, 32, has been married to actor, producer and director Sean McEwen since 2011.
Earlier this year, she told the Daily Mail that McEwen was ready for another child, and that the couple did plan on adding to their little family in future.

She's also recently been seen on screen playing Jenna Marshall in Pretty Little Liars.
