Trolls will find just about any part of a woman’s body /personality/mannerisms/life/fingernails to shame.

Susan Sarandon just found herself front and centre of the Twitter trolls hit list. They blasted the Hollywood icon for showing too much cleavage at today’s Screen Actors’ Guild Awards in West Hollywood.

Too. Much. Cleavage.

In an era of the overt sexualisation of women (when just about the only thing that sells is sex) trolls are telling Sarandon to “put them away”.

Sarandon has a great cleavage. Always has. But some of the trolls seemed to believe someone of Sarandon’s age -69- ought to know better than to show it off.

It goes to show how hard it is for women on the red carpet to do anything right. Even someone as seasoned as Sarandon.

We’re guessing she isn’t all that fazed about #cleavageshaming. After she was named as L’Oreal Paris’ latest brand ambassador earlier this month she said: “Beauty comes from the inside, it’s a state of mind.”
