Seven Year Switch’s Cassie and Ryan took to social media today to share some snaps from baby Mena’s first week in the special care unit.

Last week, the couple announced the birth of baby Mena via Instagram, alluding to her less than ideal introduction into the world.

“Mena made quite the entrance and spent a short time in special care,” the caption read. After a rocky week with more time spent “in hospital than out”, Cassie and Ryan were able to take baby Mena home today.

“We are home and we plan to stay here!” Cassie’s Instagram post read.

The couple, who appeared on Channel Seven’s first season of Seven Year Switch also have an 11-month-old daughter together, Emmerson and Cassie’s 9-year-old Ramini from a previous relationship.
