A number of schools across Victoria enact emergency plans after threatening phone calls.

Several schools across Victoria have this morning enforced their emergency management plans after receiving anonymous threatening phone calls.

It is currently unknown how many schools are affected.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman told The Herald Sun police were aware that “a number of schools across the state have received a threatening phone call today.”

“Those schools have enacted their emergency management plans as a precaution,” she said.

More to come.
