Former Bachelor Sam Wood is a fitness powerhouse.

We know this because we’ve tried his workout programs and loved them. We have also failed them. Humourously. 

So when we invited him into our office, we adopted a more observational role. Less sweat. More learning.

It taught me a few things: never buy a handheld weight when you have a bag of flour, burpees are hell and burpees are HELL.
