By the look of things, it’s quick, effective, and surely not too hard once you get into the swing (ha) of it.

In a slow-motion video shared with fans, Wood demonstrated his adorable bedtime routine with fiancée Snezana Markoski’s eight-year-old daughter Eve.

The post captured the personal trainer lovingly swinging Eve onto her bed.

The fitness fanatic captioned the post: “Monday night shenanigans putting this one to bed.”

The post was well received, as users commend the ex-Bach for his fatherly qualities.

“So lovely to see you love her so much,” one user said.

Wood and Markoski announced their engagement last December but are yet to announce wedding plans.
