Most of us don’t really appreciate our families until we are older.

Many of us drift away from the intimacy of our immediate family during our teens and early twenties, not in a bad way, just in a ‘finding yourself’ way. But they’re still there for us when we’re ready to drift back. And then, we realise what family is all about. They always have your back, even if you’re being a total pain in the butt.

Having a tight-knit family and a close circle of friends gives you the foundation to achieve anything you put your mind to.

In the final instalment of our eight-part 5 to 9 series we ask the question, “Who can you always rely on”?

Keep your answers to people you’ve actually met please (and Curtis Stone).

Who can you always rely on?

NESCAFÉ Café Menu® Team, has acknowledged that the modern Australian woman is busier and working longer hours than ever before.

Research shows that the traditional 9 to 5 workday does not exist; instead 5 to 9 is a better reflection of modern women today.

To salute the heroic efforts of women and encourage them to take a moment for themselves, we have re-recorded the classic song, ‘9 to 5’ and created a music video showcasing all the challenges women deal with in their 5 to 9 day.
