If your cheeks are still flushed from Connor Storrie and Hudson William's on-screen romance in Heated Rivalry, then we have news for you.

There's another steamy, queer sports romance coming and one of its lead roles has gone to a Beckham brother. No, not THAT Beckham brother.

Okay, so it's not exactly another Heated Rivalry in the literal sense, but the upcoming film follows a very similar set-up. Except, instead of on an ice rink, that story plays out on a tennis court.

Romeo Beckham will be making his acting debut in the film Forty Love, directed by fashion photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti.

According to Variety, the film will tell the story of tennis pro Sacha Gallo who has been training for a major competition in Paris. But then in comes a new rival, played by Beckham, who brings a new perspective.

"For the first time, he faces an opponent of an entirely different nature — love," the synopsis reads, per Variety. "A force as exhilarating as it is destabilising — and far more dangerous than anything he has encountered on the court."

According to IMDB, the drama is "set in professional tennis, exploring the balance between ambition, performance and intimacy on the French Riviera".

The Heated Rivalry synopsis says: "Two rival hockey stars at the top of their game face an unexpected challenge when they develop feelings for each other, complicating their careers and the sport's expectations."

According to Variety, Beckham will star alongside Paul Kircher, Guillaume Canet, Benjamin Voisin and Catherine Deneuve.

It is produced by Hugo Sélignac and Paco de Bary at Chi-Fou-Mi Productions, a Mediawan company, and co-produced by Studiocanal and Manna Studios.

Sélignac told Variety that the film is a "sensual, romantic and deeply moving romantic fable and coming-of-age story" about the "high demands of high-level sport, and everything that lies beneath the surface".

The film is expected to be released in November 25 this year.
