Robert Downey Junior’s 20-year-old son, Indio Downey, has been arrested on drug charges.

According to TMZ, he was busted smoking coke in a pipe sitting in the passenger seat of a car cruising LA. His famous dad has thanked the officers who apprehended him, and acknowledged that his own history with drug addiction may have been a factor here.

Robert Downey Jr was arrested in 2001 on drug charges, went to rehab, and became infamous as one of Hollywood’s baddest bad boys. 

This isn’t the first time Indio has had problems with drugs, either. Last year, he sought help for a pain killer addiction and went to rehab.
