This Rice Bubble Bar is one of those no-fuss snacks you can throw together in minutes when you need something quick for the lunch box or an after-school treat.
The best part? You only need three ingredients.
3-Ingredient Rice Bubble Bars.
Ingredients:
4 cups puffed rice cereal
250 g marshmallows
60 g butter

Method:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add the Rice Bubbles and stir quickly until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a lined baking tray.
Press down firmly and evenly using the back of a spoon (oil the spoon to prevent sticking). Add sprinkles to the top if using.
Place in the fridge until set.
Lift out using baking paper overhang and cut into bars or squares
Notes: Use white marshmallows if possible. Other colours work, but they will change the overall colour of the slice.
