Rapist who allegedly sexually assaulted two teens has been identified.

Convicted rapist Arthur Alliband had been on parole for only a few hours when he allegedly raped and assaulted a Sydney teenager.

The 16-year-old alleged victim and her 15-year-old friend were riding the train when they met Alliband and followed him to a local bottle shop.

The girls were then led to Best Road Reserve in Seven Hills where both were allegedly assaulted.

According to court documents he, with both hands, rubbed the victim’s breasts and underpants.

Alliband was arrested the next day, charged with assault with an act of indecency and having sexual intercourse without consent.

On Wednesday morning, Alliband was taken into Mount Druitt Local Court where he neither appeared nor applied for bail.

The Daily Mail reports that he was grinning and laughing as he was escorted out of the police van.

Alliband was granted parole automatically due to his sentence being less than three years. In most cases, if an offender’s total sentence is less than three years, release is automatic.

This means that Alliband’s case wasn’t put before a parole board because the sentence was considered minor.

Alliband’s social media is flooded with photos of him and children. He lists his occupation as ‘full-time dad’.

The case has been adjourned till April 29 at Penrith Local Court. He will remain in custody till then.
