We think that maybe ‘Our Mary’ was happy to be the parent accompanying the kids last night.

It doesn’t matter if you are the Crown Princess of Denmark. You are still a mum. And you still have to chaperone the

little 1D fans

in your house to their concert.

Princess Mary was obviously unfazed by the recent headlines about the One Direction boys smoking, um, substances, as she was spotted walking hand in hand  (picture, above) with her eldest children, Christian, 8, and Isabella, 7, plus two of their lucky little mates to the One Direction concert at the National Stadium Parken in Copenhagen.

Prince Frederik and twins Vincent and Josephine stayed at home.

One Direction is touring Europe on their Where We Are Tour, which they’re bringing to Australia in February 2015.

While there are no other photos (so far) of Mary and the kids singing along to 1D, we are sure she got them backstage to meet the boys.

We wonder if Isabella got a selfie with Harry? Sigh, they grow up so fast.
