"As a fit mum, it's hard sharing this image of my post-baby body."

There is no pressure like the one to “bounce back” to your pre-pregnancy self just moments after birth.

That pressure is multiplied when you are say… a celebrity.

Cooper is also the founder for One Fit Mama UK:

One Fit Mama post natal fitness classes are the perfect way to get your post baby body looking fabulous. Work through a programme designed especially to target the areas affected most during pregnancy whilst your baby makes new friends in our baby zones. You can be a yummy mummy without having to leave your baby!

She felt the pressure to lose the 19 kilograms that she gained during her pregnancy. If not to be a role model for her clients.

But six weeks after the birth, she decided to post a photo of her post-baby belly that has ever mum cheering.

She captioned the image with:

It's hard publicly sharing this picture because as the founder of a postnatal fitness company most people expect me to have left the maternity ward with a baby and a six pack. The reality is despite exercising during pregnancy and trying to eat healthy I gained 3 stone. I have fresh stretch marks, a muffin top and I'm 3 dress sizes bigger. Some of my shoes still don't fit and Bridget Jones pants are a must. But you know what?? IT'S OK!! This is what a real post baby body looks like and at OFM we celebrate all shapes of mom!

The photo has gone viral with several news sites picking up the story.

Cooper shared this response:

Wow! When I shared this picture yesterday I just hoped a few of our mums would stop beating themselves up, I had no idea it would grow so huge! Thank you all for your lovely words and I hope it has made all of you feel like it's ok to wobble a bit! - Sophia x
