This one-pan gnocchi is a quick dinner for busy evenings — you dump everything in, let it cook, and finish with cheese.
Simple ingredients, simple steps and minimal cleanup.
One-Pan Cheesy Broccoli Gnocchi.
Serves: 4 Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10–12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 packets dried gnocchi
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 onion, grated
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp vegetable stock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for frying
Shredded cheese (any kind), for topping

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the dried gnocchi, grated onion, garlic, vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi starts to brown.
Add the frozen broccoli straight into the pan.
Pour in a small dash of water (just enough to create steam), then cover with a lid.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until the broccoli softens and the gnocchi finishes cooking.
Remove the lid, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, and let it melt.
