So. There’s a book called "Boned" that’s due to be released in June. It’s being billed by its publisher as: "A wickedly entertaining novel that blows the lid off the world of network television".

The PR hook is that the book is by "Anonymous’ which is a gift to the media who can now spend weeks speculating as to who "Anonymous" might be. I woke up this morning to the sound of my name being tossed around on radio as a possible author and now I’m listed by the Tele here as one of two prime suspects

It’s not me. I put my name to everything I write.

Also? The book’s publicist states that ‘Anonymous" still works in the TV industry. I don’t.

As it happens, I am writing a book at the moment. It will be released next April and it’s about my experiences with pregnancy and motherhood, not network television.

Maybe Humphrey B. Bear wrote Boned. He has my vote.
